The 2-pk of creams arrived about a month after the order date, probably no fault of the seller, as it appeared the label had been damaged. (The seller reimbursed me a couple of weeks ago.) They were sealed and as described. Only a plastic mailing envelope was used so not much protection; however, fortunately the products weren't damaged. This looks like primarily a USPS error. I think the seller tried to provide good service, so I'm giving a positive rating.

Original order was quite delayed. It appeared to be the carrier’s issue. I reached out and the seller sent me a second order, and eventually both were delivered, although the original order was quite late. Thanks to the seller for attempting to rectify the problem.

Works!
I use this under my eyes to eliminate wrinkles. It also reduces puffiness. It lasts reasonably well for several hours. But, as with every other product like this that I have tried, it does leave a matte appearance on the area where it is spread, which is noticeable in bright light. I have tried powdering over it, but that doesn't help. So, it is as good as most other products of its' kind that I have tried, and better than some. I don't think it is 'better enough' to justify its' rather high price. I would buy it again, but only at a reduced price.I use this under my eyes to eliminate wrinkles. It also reduces puffiness. the product size is great and the price is great but it does have a slight tingle/burn feeling when drying as I have read on other comments. I also does not tighten as much as other products I have used. Also needs to be able to apply makeup over product or mix product with a little makeup without diminishing the effectiveness of product. Not as expected
This works great to tighten and lift your under eye area until you smile. Horrible big wrinkles appear when you smile or show facial expressions. :( I will use this instead to smooth my 11 lines and forehead wrinkles. The eye firm works great on those areas so it’s worth having to play around and see where on the body it may work for you. Ebay offers great pricing to try it out.

This is fantastic stuff!!
This is my daily "go to" product for firming up undereye bags and wrinkles and I found a method that works well......I put an amount the size of half a pea and cream it ino the under eye area well. I personally use a small fan to blow it dry and firm the area instantly but it will also dry naturally. If you want to wear makeup then add the eye cream on your finger to a little bit of foundation and rub that combination under your eye carefully. Then apply the rest of your foundation. Don't go back over the eye area again as it will loosen the skin again. I'm a forever customer!
I have tried many different products all claiming to firm and tighten, with proven results. Spending from the low dollar to brand name high dollar, with negative experiences. Peter Thomas Roth's Instant firmx temporary tightener truly was a god send! I loved it so much that I also bought the face tightener too! Affordable price with PROVEN results. I HIGHLY recommend this products to everybody!
