Urn arrives with a plastic orange and white sticker in the inset. Not made of hard wood, too lightweight. Packaging; heavy cardboard box, peanuts and urn total weight is 2.4 lbs. Fortunately, it arrived timely. I was able to remove the sticker, take it to our local trophy shop who are able to engrave a copper plaque to put in inset cut. Weighed 3.11 when it left here. Is made of poplar or alder, both are hardwoods. Glad you were able to get it remade to your liking after refusing my help and hanging up on me.
