Simply a Masterpiece.
It is my favorite game series, without a doubt. A Thief's End is the most visually stunning game I have ever played. I must have taken more than 100 photos of this game. I obsessively played until it was over, and now I can't wait to go back again and explore further. After anticipating this game for years, I just had to know how things would end for Nathan Drake. Nate is a well-loved character, and his story did not disappoint. This is action-packed (but not annoyingly so), well-written, funny, and emotional. It's not as linear as the previous games. The fun is in exploring the beautiful scenery. The treasures seem more difficult to find this time around (but give me time, eh). It was great to finally understand Nate's past, and to meet his brother, Sam. Some tears came out of my eyes a few times throughout the game. Must have been the onions. Uncharted-my view.
I really enjoy the game, but all the climbing, jumping is to me unnecessary and the some of the parts where the character is put in "danger" , some is way overboard. But it's a fun game, dull in some parts (that's where is too many climbing and jumping around and swinging comes into play). Would I play it again.....maybe. Some of the puzzles...wow! Thank the Lord for cheat sheets!! LOL. I really do enjoy the game, waited to get it, got it and I'm happy playing it. I played it on the medium settings. A must have!
whether you're familiar with the series, or not, you'll love this game. The graphics are awesome, the game play is lots of fun, and the story is great too. The one thing I like about this game (and this series), is that you can set the difficulty to meet your needs. From hard, to really easy. On easy setting (or 'light' mode), it gives you auto-aim, so even the not-so-experienced player can enjoy this game, with out taking away from the story, or feel of the game. Uncharted 4 Review
Never has a franchise ended so beautifully. That goes for video games, movies, and books as well. This game is the zenith of storytelling. The next gen graphics are astounding, and the voice acting is as great as ever. The characters are more compelling than they have ever been. This game honestly elicited a great number of emotions from me, but the chief most being nostalgia and satisfaction. I was reminded why this game series meant so much to me, and I hated to see it go, but I have such a profound sense of satisfaction knowing that this game could not have ended any better. My favorite series on any gaming platform! A must play in my opinion!
Graphics, voice acting, gameplay... UC4 has it all. Naughty Dog has outdone themselves once again with the latest release in this series. While there is some annoying banter with Nate and his wife late in this episode, there is little else to complain about. Play this game! Great Game All Around
Bought this for my son. He has been a fan of Naughty Dog's Uncharted since the '07 release on PS3 and it has just gotten better for him as it continues. The graphics are great on Uncharted 4 and the game play is fluid with no lag between controller and on screen movements. The story line is linear stretching all the way back to the beginning. He is usually a fan of first person shooter games but Uncharted 4 is solidly located in his top 3 games of all time and with the amount of games he has that is saying a lot. lots of jumping and climbing but ample shooting
First off, the treasure hunting genre never interested me. But after exhausting all of the more interesting titles like the Last of Us series and the Resident Evil series, I decided to give this a try. And it's not bad. Although the story and characters were uninteresting, the graphics, acting and gameplay make up for that. It's a pretty game. Movie Story like game - great for Adventure/Puzzle lovers.
I did finish this game with pleasure. Its a Adventure / Puzzle game with some hunting/shooting which can be reduced to Story Level(less fights). Great graphics, multiple vehicles riding and chasing. Amazing!!!
The game arrived super fast and in a new condition, for me this is the best game of this year so far, graphics looks amazing, gameplay is awesome it kinda starts a little slow but as you uncover more missions that's when things start to get lit. Fantastic game and value
Phenomenal value. A basically new game for like $20+ off! My boyfriend wanted this for a very long time and I didn't want to buy it at such an expensive price, so I'm glad I found this. The game was very compelling and the graphics were great. The story line was interesting too. He says it's the best video game he's ever played!
