Initially, the designated delivery shop couldn't find the item on my first visit and I had to contact the seller to obtain a photograph of the delivery. This was supplied very quickly and on my 2nd visit the item was found straightaway. This wasn't caused by the seller and they handled the issue quickly and professionally which is why I am mentioning it. The sellers customer service was excellent, responding my query late on a Saturday afternoon.
