Overall even if it’s used it still looks new, there’s no scratches or physical damage on the outside of the product. It connected seamlessly to my phone and the DJI app as well. I still have the ability to purchase the optional care package from DJI which I was originally unsure of. The mic and all of the add ons are in pristine condition. Overall not regretting this buy.

They paid for the shipping label back and I got a new one! And a $25 comp. They are great at communicating and im satisfied with their service and product. Once the new DJi Pocket came in, it was even better, looked cleaner and newer. I would buy again from these guys!
