Several pieces were missing so I tried my best to improvise but even if all the pieces were accounted for, the finished product is so flimsy it falls apart at the slightest breeze. The central rod that the entire build relies on was bent so now my tower leans. The only thing that kept me going during construction was my love for the Zelda franchise. 1/10, do not recommend. Unfortunately, this issue was beyond our control. We proactively offered to send the missing parts and issue a refund, and sent multiple messages, but unfortunately did not receive any response. Customer satisfaction is always our priority. We always stand behind our products and do our best to resolve any problems for our customers.

The seller is very communicative and if there’s an issue, they definitely will help out because I had one at the beginning when I ordered something by mistake. I will definitely buy from this person again. It is very easy to talk to them and they do care about their customer. Contained 50 to a hundred numbered bags and a paper manual with very detailed instuction. No bags seamed ro be ripped or opened and no loose pieces in the box. Will update if anything major is missing but this seller did such a good job with communication im not worried about it. Answered all my question s and was very prompt with responding and informative. Ebay not letting me add photos but bricks and bags in good condition.

I was not happy with the product I received because it was not Lego brand I communicated with the seller. Seller did make things as right as he could without receiving the product back. In the future, I will do better about reading descriptions before getting excited and purchasing things.
