I really like this item, but since it hadn't shipped, I requested a cancellation. The seller was responsive and quick to cancel for me. If the tariff situation ever resolves, I would certainly purchase from this seller again.

I reached out to the seller and asked for assistance translating the manual since it was only in Japanese and the seller was able to assist me in getting the recorder to work properly!! The items are high quality and look amazing on the shelf, i hope they make a series 3! The seller was very polite and made sure the item was shipped out very quickly.
