It is exactly as described. Dispatch, delivery, secure packaging, all good. (Although, in doing comparisons to other similar size frames, I did feel that the postage rate was far too high... as this is only a small frame and of no significant weight). A very good seller to deal with overall and with good. Thank you! (My apologies for the delay in leaving feedback)

The pics provided by the vendor went a long way to let a potential buyer know what's she was buying and the description was on the nose. The price was very reasonable, and it arrived in a timely manner. The one thing I worried about was that it might be damaged in transport. I've had my share of broken vases, but it was packaged by an expert. Many thanks!

FedEx decided to deliver the package onto the top of a rounded streetside mail box, where it then fell onto the street where they left it. Was super nervous it was damaged, but it was packed with great care.
