I was impressed with the ice-cream sticks taped to the outer packaging of the clock dials to avoid any bending or damage. Kudos!

I ordered this item at 3pm on Wednesday, and it arrived at 2pm the following day using Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. The parcel was handed to me, not left on the doorstep as is with some other carriers. The clock mechanism was wrapped in plenty of bubble wrap and the hands were in a clear plastic tube so they wouldn't get damaged in transit. You don't get better service than this. A+++++
