    Good value For an okay product.

    This action camera is quite good quality ( obviously not as good as it's more expenisve counterparts from go pro) it has a 16 megapixel sensor which is ok considering most modern camera phones have about between 15 to 17 MP so the resolution is relatively good. The colour science on this camera is very primitive and often does not select the correct white balance. The auto focus is slow but acceptable, but the main drawback to this camera is the frame rate which is 30 FPS so don't buy if you love slow motion video and the battery only lasts a hour. But that set aside this is more go pro-ey then most go pros simply by that tasty price tag. let me explain, what is the point of a go pro? Is it simply to take great quality footage if so don't but this product because it will never fulfil your ...

    You get what you pay for - could be better

    For the price the image quality is OK, its what you might expect. Images suffer from barrel distortion - only to be expected from a wide angle lens on a low cost item. Sadly the audio quality is rubbish, it's practically deaf. Any audio recorded is well down in level, even normal conversation level is down in the background noise/hiss, this is not adjustable. I took it back to the store and swapped it for another but this was just the same. For what I want it for it's not too big a deal as most of the time it will be used in it's waterproof case which would make it deaf anyway but it's already deaf without the case. Sad really, audio recording is hardly hi-tech.

    Very poor image quality

    Came beautifully packaged and was easy to use. The recommended Apple iOS app looked cheaply designed but was effective in both remote controlling the camera and transferring files. However the image quality for both stills and video was awful. The promised HD resolutions were interpolated, so had a blocky, jerky appearance - the sensor component used is effectively a 1.3 megapixel webcam. I took it back to Argos and exchanged it for a GoXtreme Pioneer - over twice the price and not without its own faults, but worth the expense.
