  • Great Keto Guide

    This book is the perfect place to start to educate yourself (and anyone else) that is on or considering the ketogenic "keto" lifestyle (because you will learn it is NOT a diet)! At first, I didn’t see a lot of weight loss by 'going keto' until AFTER reading this book—I respect the "on the job" research Craig and Maria have done for us (and shared)--so once you make up your mind, I highly recommend making this purchase--the education that is provided is so easily understood--and their recipes also take the healthy 'guess work' out of it for us. I now KNOW how to ‘really’ read labels, to stay AWAY from the Standard American Diet (SAD) recommendations, and so much more info—and because of that knowledge--I now have more energy, I'm not sick all of the time, and I fit into my clothes (more comfortably) again! I (also) have a great support system that helps me take it ONE day at time. and I also discovered the benefits of monk fruit and PORK Panko--and so much MORE! Thank you, Craig AND Maria Emmerich, for all the tips, advice, recipes, AND "guess work" that you have taken out of "going Keto" for me!

    The book I'm sure is great as are all Maria Emmerich's books but I wasn't aware it was going to be sent in a dowload file (my foolish thinking - if it sounds too good to be true it probably is). I've been hesitant to even open the file - not confident in the source.
