    Good Reading!

    I ordered this to keep from paying the full price from the bottle of $12.95. I wanted to read all the way that apple cider vinegar could be used. So far it has been very interesting to read how vinegar can be used so many ways to keep us healthy. I haven't made the drink yet, planning to try it soon. Also there's some humorous things inside that adds to the good reading experience.

    Too many advertisements

    Too many advertisements promoting the company products and not enough content regarding the vinegars positive uses. I was quite disappointed actually. I got just as much info online without spending the money on the book. Go read at Barnes and Noble before you make a decision to buy.

    Bragg Apple cider Vinegar

    It gave me several useful ideas. With all of the chemicals in food today, I am trying to eat more organic. I also learned about how the water in our homes is bad, because of chemicals.

    Great book

    This is a wonderful book, it shows many uses, and I totally recommend that everyone read it. You will find cures for almost everything that ails you, aside from the fact that there are no chemicals or dangerous substances in apple cider vinegar and it is completely safe. The book is very informative and should be read by everyone that wants to get away for medicine prescribed by doctors.
