Product or the HYLA vaccum I received was exactly as described! Actually it was just like a new one and my wife loved it as it was her Christmas present from me! Although I’m not happy with Fed-ex, the package was clearly marked fragile and it arrived beat up and had a whole in the side which scuffed up the hose attachment section of one of the vaccum attachments! Otherwise Very pleased with the seller!

Works great
This heat press is a great size. It also has a rotating feature that makes pressing that much more easy. My old heat press didn't have that rotating feature and now I realize how great it is to have that. It's really easy to use and setup. I set it up in about a minute by myself.

Good machine but clean the tracks before use.
Great little machine and super easy to use.|One minor issue to be aware of is that the bed slides in and out on tracks. These tracks come WELL GREASED and need cleaned off or else the grease will stain anything that touches them. My first shirt looked great from the front but was grease stained on the back where the collar hung over and touched the track.|Also, the tracks don't have any end stops so, if you pull the bed out too far, it will come off in your hands and can cause the machine to tip over.|Once you get the hang of how to use it though, it does just what it's supposed to and, in my opinion, is well worth the investment. Brand new and easy to use, received it 4 days early
I have been looking forward to getting this, so I was beyond excited to see it arrived today, which is 4 days earlier than expected!! I unboxed it, put it's little feet on the bottom and it was ready to use. The directions were really easy to follow on how to get your temperature and timer settings to where you want it. At first I couldn't quite figure out how to get the timer to start counting down, but after messing around with it and pushing different buttons at different times, I finally figured it out. After getting your settings to where you want them and after your press reaches it's temperature, place your item (in my case it was a shirt) on the pads, bring your top plate over your item, push the press down on the item, then hit the red "play button" and your timer will start ... I have been looking forward to getting this, so I was beyond excited to see it arrived today, which is 4 days earlier than expected!! Heat Press good Quality
This heat press is great quality. I have had it for about six months and I have not had any problems with it. It's very easy to use and it came with three different components. One for a hat and one for plates and one for T-shirts. I love it and the price was very good. The instructions were OK but I recommend going to YouTube to find a video to review.
