    Items just arrived in the mail. They arrived in excellent shape, in their original packaging and in "new" condition. The asking price was very reasonable. Shipping was very reasonable as well. They are just as described by the seller. Both items were well packaged together. Communications was great and the seller is outstanding. I have one pair of these insoles that I bought several years ago but have not been able to find more without driving 3 to 4 hours from home. Thank you.

    Worth the read.

    1/4 in and it's pretty good. Breaks it down to simple steps and actions in common terms. Wish I had this available to learn 30 years ago.

    This will pay for itself in no time!!

    Fantastic book with info gained in the trenches of intense negotiations. His job involved life-or-death negotiations, but he's winnowed the important nuggets out of his experiences, and makes excellent application to everyday business topics and situations. Get it. Read it. Study it. then use it to save money. We saved about $1200 the first time I tried it, and $4-500 the second time.

    This is a MUST READ Game-Changer book!

    Perhaps the best book about dealing with people that I have read in 20 years. If you don't read this book, you will be much less effective than you can be.

    Practical detailed information that translates to most aspects of living life everyday.

    Lead Hostage/Kidnapping Negotiator for the FBI writes an in detail account of various hostage/kidnapping situations and the terminology and various tactics to deliver extraordinary results. In order to internalize and utilize the information I had to read and contemplate the issues in this book more than once.
