Great!! Love it!
This was the first refurbished item I’ve purchased off eBay and am very happy with it! I have really bad allergies and was looking for something to help with extra pet hair pick up and it works beautifully! I knocked off one star bc I can’t get the app to work and the brushes get knocked off slightly easy when it moves from hardwood to my rug - rug is very thin. Excellent vaccum machine. lots of suction and power.

Simple Device Works Great
Simple to use and a simple design. But elaborate room mapping isn't really necessary to vacuum a room. (Just ask Rodney Brooks.) Messaging to my phone when it has a problem is a real plus. Setting up the wifi connection was a little involved but that's OK. It's nice to have that wifi connection to monitor the vac's progress and charge. And it even goes home on it's own. Overall great product with just one, small issue
Overall, we do like this product - it does a good job of collecting the dirt/dust that accumulates every day (we were very surprised at how much it gets on a daily basis). That being said, there is one annoying feature - every so often (about once a month), the app 'forgets' the device and it needs to be re-added. Like it. Don't love it. Sometimes pluses. Some negatives.
Like this Eufy model but do not love it. Is a bit quirky. Does have decent suction. Battery charge lasts long enough. Has multiple buttons on top that are easy to push by mistake. The quality is amazing!!!
This vacuum is amazing! It's so powerful, so quiet and easy to use. And the price is unbelievably reasonable. My floor is always spotless so I bought two more as a gift for my friends. Wonderful floor cleaning accessory
RoboVac performs as described. I was doubtful about using this, but so glad purchase was made. It cleans both ceramic tile & hardwood floors thoroughly! Wish I had purchased sooner.

Great vaule and works great
This is replacing one from a well know brand beginning with "R", that constantly got stuck on door saddles and rugs. Have this for about 2 weeks and it's working just great. For the first couple of days it was coming back chock full of dog hair and dust as it got to places Mr. R couldn't tackle. The 25C is noticeably lower in height and gets under furniture just fine.
