Very tastefully done and well-written!
The scenes in the movie, The Young Victoria, are tastefully done and the story is very well-written by Julian Fellows. Emily Blunt is an amazing Queen Victoria and Rupert Friend is perfect as Prince Albert. As for all of the other actors, they are superb in their roles as well! Two thumbs up for The Young Victoria!

Romantic true story
Very entertaining and romantic story of Queen Victoria and her beloved husband Albert. Emily Blunt was fantastic as Victoria. If you liked Rupert Friend's performance in Hit Man 47 or Homeland, you'll love his portrayal of Prince Albert.

Accurate.
Excellent account of Queen Victoria and Albert's courtship. Engaging movie. I think the scene of Queen Victoria's attempted assassination shouldn't have been included, because it never happened. Although, there were several attempts throughout her life.

Pipping good
Sweet-natured movie. Nice relief from Game of Thrones, Infinity Wars and the like. Emily Blunt is wonderful actress. And her prince was definitely charming.

Great Movie
If you like British history this is a wonderful light heartfelt movie on Queen Victoria. The love she truly had for her husband and how she turned the country around. One of the most famous monarchs in history. Highly recommend.

Great entertainment- and history
Interesting narrative with beautiful filming especially in glorious Blue ray. Actors are believable and the story largely historically correct. Except of course, Victoria was nowhere near as beautiful as Emily Blunt!
