Great shortbread cookies!
These shortbread cookies are very similar to the Spritz cookies we always make in my family- but homemade Spritz cookies are a lot more work. Ever since I discovered these come so close, I buy them instead when I can. I like the dab of Knott's Berry Farm jam in the middle too- though I'd rather it wasn't made with HFC (high fructose corn syrup), for those "label-readers" like myself, but this is the only product I buy that contains it & there's not much anyway, so I overlook it.
