The XXXtra!!!
El Yucateco is a delicious and addictive habanero hot sauce I highly recommend. i love the verde and xxxtra varieties the most. This sauce has a distinct flavor that is smoky with a very respectable heat level. Only a few drops is necessary, but if you are a hot fanatic like myself, try pouring it on freshly baked chicken. Small bottles, big punch!
