The communication was spot on and the issue resolved so quickly. These spider traps work amazingly, my last lot I had spiders in most of the traps within a week which is why ive ordered more!

A very good reason for using Royal Mail rather than Evri! I’ve used this product successfully. We used a similar product when I worked in a museum. Excellent quallty. Good value. Well packaged. Discreet appearance. I place them by skirting boards. Very highly recommend. Professional company. Thank you

Didn't know if it was any good against bedbugs so I contacted the seller who advised me very well on what to do especially to cover up the mattresses with plastic once dried to help kill any bedbugs. Only time will tell if it works, I'm praying it does and they do guarantee their products so let's see what happens.
