It had the return sticker still attached to the box. I informed the seller when it arrived incomplete. When he received the return, he only refunded half of my purchase price stating parts were missing. BEWARE of this seller!! He said I should have read the whole thing, which I did not since I saw New! . later also I discovered that out of the 7 Nozzles the number 2 was missing and Its the most important Nozzle. very bad Seller !

I have to wait a whole week to receive it. This seller refused to cancel the purchase within five minutes of my purchase and I have to wait a whole week to receive it through USPS. Never again.
