I have had similar bulbs from the "other" manufacturer of 220% bulbs who managed perfectly good cardboard eco-friendly packaging! See pic....... Seller - excellent service, timely delivery.

Contacted seller and did offer a refund and also offered to get another one in seven days. I did point out it was a bit naughty, to say they had posted the item that they never had. Seller had words I think with warehouse manager. Any way, all is well and things was sorted quickly , once the error had been pointed out. Thanks
