The best book about how to recover from addiction
I bought this copy for a friend who wants to get clean. If you are an addict who wants to recover, this book is the best out there. By following the suggestions given in the book l have stayed clean for many years. This book has given me a design for living clean and sober that works.

It works if you work it.
If you have a problem with addiction, whether it be to food, gambling, drugs (and alcohol is a drug), spending money, sex, or anything else, this book will help you get over your problem, if you do a few simple steps, twelve steps. It's not easy, but it is possible. Thousands like me have gotten better, a day at a time, with info from this book and others with similar circumstances gathering together for mutual support. "Give yourself a break and read it.'

It does exactly what is says it will get you back into life’s life on life’s terms. I love it.
It’s an awesome book for someone who is ready to make a change in there life and get back on track. It has been helping me through some tough times so I recommend it for anyone whom might be trying to get there life straight and back on track. Plus the company got it there by the time they said they would and all in all it’s been a great experience. So I recommend this company and book to anyone that is looking to get sober and therie life back.
