By purchasing a Product from this eBay Store you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) together with:

Any extra conditions stated in the individual item listing.

3. Product Information
Made to Order: Most Products are produced after an order is placed. Minor variations in colour tone, layer lines or placement of decorative elements may occur and are characteristic of handmade/printed items.
Images & Descriptions: We strive for accuracy; however, monitors display colours differently and scale may vary. Any accessories shown in photos that are not expressly included in the “What’s in the box” section are for illustration only.
Custom Requests: Where listings allow personalisation, you must supply accurate text, artwork or sizing details. We reserve the right to refuse offensive or trademark-infringing requests.
4. Pricing & Payment
Currency: All prices are shown in the currency selected on eBay.
Tax: Local VAT/GST or sales tax is shown where eBay’s tax-collection program applies. Buyers outside those jurisdictions are responsible for self-assessment of duties or taxes unless eBay collects them at checkout.
Payment Methods: As integrated by eBay Managed Payments (e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We do not accept cheques, cash or bank transfers sent directly to us.
5. Order Processing & Contract Formation
Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract forms when eBay notifies you that payment is complete and we accept the order by issuing a dispatch confirmation. We may cancel and refund orders before dispatch where: stock is unavailable, payment fails verification, personalisation details are missing, or shipment to your address is prohibited.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Dispatch Time: Stated on each listing; typically 1–3 business days for ready-made items and 3–7 business days for custom prints.
Carriers & Tracking: We use reputable carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.). Tracking is uploaded automatically.
Risk & Title: Title transfers on full payment; risk of loss passes to you upon delivery, subject to carrier liability and our Returns & Remedies Policy.
International Buyers: Customs clearance times vary. You are the importer of record and responsible for duties, taxes and brokerage fees. Failure to pay may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed; original shipping costs are non-refundable in such cases.
7. Returns, Cancellations & Statutory Rights
Our detailed Returns & Remedies Policy governs change-of-mind returns (generally not accepted), transit damage, faulty items and the EU/UK 14-day withdrawal right. 9. Warranty & Disclaimer
Limited Warranty: We warrant that Products are free from material defects in workmanship for 30 days from delivery. Your statutory rights may provide longer coverage.
Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modification or normal wear and tear is not covered.
Disclaimer: Except as expressly provided, Products are sold “as is” without any other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability—whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise—shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim. 15. Severability & Waiver
If a court finds any provision of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of future enforcement.

17. Entire Agreement
