I believe they are running a "VIN plate" scam, and I will stamp their bill envelope unopened. There's a double scam: They pulled in a stripped chassis (no engine) and stuck some junk parts on it to fool bidders at their auto auction. You get 5 stars

I recommend this seller and intend to buy again, but do not wish to be having to pull out the ink pad and dab it several times to remove ink.
