I bought this to replace it but after some consideration - figured it would probably suffer the same fate as the dog loves to elevate himself to bark at cats, squirrels, birds etc that come into the garden. So, we now have an uncovered radiator and BFW took the unopened item back. Fantastic seller - I'll be back again I'm sure. A++++

Communication was excellent throughout. The shoe rack is only very lightweight (as you would expect for the price) but it looks ok. Despite the slight hiccup, I would buy from this seller again and recommend them, due to their excellent customer service.
