The only things that had upset me about this package are that the box was clearly cut open and deformed as if it was ran over by a car. Even the plastic bag, which the plushies were in, was torn open. It was evident that the package was lazily taped back together. I posted the card back to them with a letter explaining the problem and requesting that they send me the correct card by return of post. That was more than a week ago and still no card. My Wife's Birthday has since been and gone.
