However, the item box was all crushed since it was not packaged very well - just a plastic bag mailer with no cushioning wrap inside. I can't comment on the effectiveness of the henna based hair colouring kit because I have yet to try it. However, comparative value, but took longer than expected to receive it. Before I knew better I purchased and used the product. My hair got very dry and damaged. Seller couldnt tell if it was actually 100% but i knew it wasn't. Then after sending pucs of my hair they tried to refund me approx $20, not the full amount.
