I am not sure if they are actually new, but they are in good condition. They were wrapped up well for shipping, but definitely not in factory packaging. I thought the handles were going to be a little bit bigger/thicker, but they will do. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

The communication throughout the transaction was extraordinary, they took time to respond to my many inquiries. The packaging was a separate work of art, above and beyond the magnificent instrument it housed. The multiple layers of cushioning were hand designed and assembled to provide maximum protection.
