Excellent recipes
I’m new to Instant Pot and have found that my other Instant Pot cookbooks have you using your cooktop and the pot. This book understands the full use of the pot and is easy! Instant Pot 101
This cookbook is very well done, great pictures of the dishes. The information about using your pressure cooker is comprehensive and helpful. Love the looks of it, smaller size fits well in my space. Perfect for 2 people
Awesome product, Beter than I expected. I did have to re-read the instructions a few times, not up on new tech., but today managed to make a dish my mother used to make me many years ago. I found her recipe and she used the old fashioned stove top pressure cooker which I am so afraid of. I revised it for the instant pot and it came out fantastic. I did question myself, and had to re-read but I am to thrilled with this purchase. Even my husband loved the dish I made today. The instant pot arrived on time, un-damaged and no dent or scratches. don't cook without it, taste goes along way
