    I received this pocket knife in its original packaging and in perfect condition from the factory. It arrived within reasonable time too. There was an issue with the blade not deploying properly and I didn’t want to mess with it at first so I contacted the seller. They were very apologetic and sent me a return authorization immediately, with no fuss. My husband looked over the knife and fixed it. I then told the seller and it was fine. Seller was very understanding. Thank you.
