The shipping was fast and the item packaging was adequate to ensure it arrived safely. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the value of the product I received. Even though I ended up returning the coffee mug due to unforeseen circumstances, I would gladly do business with them again. They went above and beyond with their customer service by offering me a military discount for my service. As a USAF veteran, that meant a lot to me.

It was described as having stains, scratches and wear and mentioned to please see magnified photos for details and the price was discounted. You were sent a prepaid label to return the item for a full refund and you never sent the item.
