They did immediately offer my money back although it seems to take day's to get a return label.Not like every other company that emails you a link after its been approved to get a return label. Ebay's issue or the seller? Also it's USPS so maybe not like Fedx or UPS.

I think that the seller should use a different shipping service. Overall it is an excellent value to buy one of their brush plate kits rather than buying a starter. Even with the slow shipping I would still purchase again from the seller. Someone had installed the wrong brush plate in my starter and it was spinning backwards.
