Product Information

After making several LEGO game versions of popular film franchises, the hugely popular building block toys get a movie of their own, and in turn that film gets an interactive counterpart in The LEGO Movie Videogame. As in the movie, players take control of Emmet, a completely ordinary man who is mistakenly identified as The Special, the last of the Master Builders and the key to saving the LEGO universe from an evil tyrant. Joining Emmet are the wise old wizard Vitruvius, the tech-savvy Wildstyle, and a cast of familiar heroes like Batman, Superman, and Gandalf.<br><br>As with most games from Traveller's Tales' popular series, the action finds players exploring locations from the movie, taking out villains, and collecting as many LEGO studs as possible, and each of the 15 levels includes a variety of side tasks that can be completed to help unlock more than 90 playable characters. The LEGO Movie Videogame does offer some new features, including a new animation style, worlds created entirely out of LEGO bricks, and a new building mechanic in which Emmet collects instruction pages and uses them to build useful contraptions. And as always, a friend can drop in or out of the game at any time in local split-screen multiplayer action.

    Everything is Awesome!

    This game is much better than the movie, though you should watch the movie before playing in my opinion. All the funny parts from the movie are here plus added dialog and humor that literally had me laughing out loud. The puzzles aren't too hard; my 10 year old only needed help once in the entire game. That being said, some of them require a few minutes of thinking, even for an (theoretical) adult like myself. For only a few bucks on ebay it's a must have!

    Stereotypical good lego game.

    Good game and a great price. It's a game me and the kids can play. If you enjoy the lego movie you'll love this game as it follows along. Game play is easy but some of the objectives are a little tougher.

    Great for kids who love the movie

    Its seems an awesome game for 7 year old kid who love the movie, because all what he love - in that game! Entertaining , and, I can say, if parents will comment what going on screen, it even can be educational!

    The game is a lot of fun!! Love the different worlds and how it goes along with the movie! The graphics are good and my kids and I have had a lot of fun playing it!
