I’m a bikeaholic and sometimes I can be snobby about brands. I started with pedals for a cafe bike. On this particular order I was accidentally shipped the wrong bag. I bought a motorcycle bag and they sent me one bicycle pannier. I messaged them, they replied quickly. Once they verified that I was indeed sent the wrong item, they shipped the correct one and a return label.
