Rapid dispatch and good communication but unfortunately let down by carrier (Amazon Logistics EU) who failed to find the address on 4 occasions.Amazon have delivered to this address for 7 years! Gave Amazon instructions directly & also via seller but despite multiple emails, delivery still failed to arrive until 5 days later when the customer service operator finally updated the mapping for their courier. Poor service from them. Good seller.

However as I got it at such a good price and the item itself was not faulty decided to keep it and ordered seperate ear tips. Seller offered 20% refund as gesture of goodwill which they did not have to do so greatly appreciated.
