Good charger
Charger is ok what have use few times. I have use Ctek chargers and I think they stil is better. This charger say one battery is full, but then take it off and connected Ctek what charge it 2 hours. What comes test area that was almost same what I have other tester. Biggest problem was when I buy this come only one socket (UK), manual say that both come but maybe manual is universal this and that EU charger. Would have nice to tell it on ebay selling page. One bad condition battery try at recond but it that not worked any better, but sure battery maybe have come end of lifetime. Feature loaded compact charger
This is a feature loaded charger at a sensible price. The 12A output will deal with the largest of car and van batteries, however in the real world, you will likely want one of the lower settings like 4A to give your battery an easier time. A total of four charging options and four test options will help you keep your battery in tip top condition. A clear display gives a running commentary on the voltage and current going into the battery at any one time. Two main charge modes are included, one for normal use and one for winter use to push a little extra voltage into the battery. A couple of auxilliary modes are present, a trickle charge which is handy for vehicles which get infrequent use and a recovery mode for batteries that have been left to go flat and don't take a decent charge any ... This is a feature loaded charger at a sensible price. Test modes comprise two static tests which show the % charge and CCA respectively, however the latter involves selecting the CCA (or EN) of your battery which can be a pain, see bad points below. A couple of live tests complete the picture, one to measure the low water mark when the starter is turned which is a great real world test for the cranking capability of the battery. Finally, an alternator test which will show if the alternator is OK or if further attention is required. As a bonus, the unit can be clipped to the battery terminals and supply power to the vehicle while you take the battery off to change it - this is called the memory saver feature. This keeps power on the vehicle and can prevent problems with the alarm, radio codes and other headaches when the battery power is removed. Clearly, it needs to be plugged into the mains to provide the power... GOOD POINTS: High current rating, lots of features including battery recovery and trickle charge, lightweight, velcro to keep cables tidy, memory saver feature, rubber bumper round the outside to protect the case, decent croc clips. BAD POINTS: Nothing major really; When selecting the CCA, it would be good to hold the button down and let the number automatically ramp up. Going from the default 300CCA to 950CCA means pushing the up button 65 times. The manual is brief, some examples would be helpful.

Money saver.
I'm in the middle on this product. It's saved me buying one new battery @£250+. Bmw e46 m3 Hadn't been used since early Oct, 2.2v displayed when plugged into the mains. A garage would say you need a new battery sir others would say that's dead! 5hr recovery got it back to 12v and a 10 hour auto charge got it too 100%. Capacity after charge was 74% and 544 amps. From a 680en capacity lead acid battery used for I do get very inconsistent readings on the display same test a minute apart give different readings. A few little tweaks could make this a brilliant charger An screen timer or elapsed time display would be handy, what stage of the charging cycle its at just so you can cross reference that with what the display says because like I said I get different g in all I would highly ... Lots of features!
Well constructed, and lots of features. Had to return initial one as it went faulty after 1st battery charged. (cooling fan blew), but supplier very good and efficient at replacing swiftly.

Easy To use Smart Battery Charger
This smart battery charger is a 7 stage type with battery recondition feature for standard and AGM (Stop/Start) type lead acid batteries. There are different models of this charger, the model number determines the maximum charge current in this case 12Amp. The last number in the model type specifies the maximum charge rate, so be careful when buying to ensure the one you buy is suitable for your application. The lower the maximum charge rate the cheaper the charger is to buy. This charger managed to recondition a stop/start battery that had been left to go flat for a few days but a mobility scooter battery left flat for an extended period that was found to have dried out failed to be reconditioned. Be aware that the recondition function will NOT work unless the battery voltage is ...
