The Clash Sound Great in this Remastered Blu-Spec Edition !!
During the early 1980's new wave music replaced disco as the new rage in the pop music world and the "Clash" was at the forefront of this new sound. While "London Calling" may be their best release "Combat Rock" was their most successful on the pop charts due to big hit singles "Rock the Casbah" & "Should I Stay or Should I go". Like many of the bands during this time their music seemed to be aimed at thumbing their noises with the current establishment and it certainly worked for the Clash along with a twist of humor. This Japan only remastered Blu-Spec edition sounds great and brings back some fond memories of the early 80's while in collage ! Recommended !!
