    This book and the other one I won are great! I won the bids on the 9th and it stated that I could still shop and pay on the 16th. I received a message asking when I would pay or if I still wanted the items on the 12th. i had requested combined shipping and was waiting on the invoice or a response. Once I finally received the new invoice the items were combined into one package, but the shipping cost was not changed at all (even tho on both items it stated "save with combined shipping!")
