Really helps get rid of smoke particles in the air so my partner doesn't have to suffer them ! I love that it is silent in use - really can't hear anything. Only downside is the smell from the plastic which is slowly fading.

It definitely clears cooking smells quite quickly. If used in the bedroom it definitely wouldn't keep you awake as it is almost silent, cannot hear a sound unless up close. I do feel that the air feels cleaner overall. Would recommend it. It is so easy to clean, 2 screws on base, just wipe with soapy water, rinse, dry and ready to use again. No expensive filters to buy.
