I had to ask for a refund to stop the back and forth nonsense. Refund was issued and the hat was tossed in the trash. The photo of the man wearing it is NOT the hat you get. At first I was unsure about the quality of the wig as I'm used to cosplay-level wigs, but it looked amazing when I put it on.
