As compensation, they offered me the red version along with a free memory card which was a nice gesture. Communication was excellent; the seller was friendly and made sure the phone was fully working. I can confirm it’s in perfect condition. It arrived quickly, well-packed, and with all the accessories. The battery is in very good condition and is reliable for daily calls

Even though refurbished it arrived in perfect, "as new" condition with headphones thrown in for good measure. Reliable, honest seller. Excellent communication. A large purchase like this from OS can have many pitfalls. Not with this seller. You can trust this seller. Postage took a while but that was not sellers fault. They were efficient. The delays were with the courier in my country.

They asked if i wanted a different color and they would include a free gift or if i wanted to wait. I said different color. The color I picked also went out of stock so they just sent me a black one. I never received a gift and the shipping was awful, could not see where my package was. They said they would unlock the bootloader for me but it was locked so I had to do it myself.
