  The She-Ra arrived carefully packaged, on time. It was still in the shrinkwrapped container, which was put into a FED EX box and wrapped in study paper. The item was well packed and arrived in new condition, as it was sent.

  Seller listed the plushie as new with sound. Received the item and the sound didn't work. Seller brushed off the issue and didn't even care after being contacted then ended up ignoring my follow up messages. Beware of this seller if you're looking for new items as this seller seems to not bother looking over items when they ship to see if they are in working order. Customer service is not the greatest as well. Bad experience so buy at your own risk but I will not be buying from this seller again
