Exactly what the book is about!
This book is a must read! The president can't deny the book is 100% truthful since his daily "performances" since going into office are exactly as described in this well written book. Anyone could see the parallel of his youth and later adult years displayed in all he does. There's something seriously wrong if this poor example of a president gets re-elected. I hope censorship doesn't delete this post as it's time for America wake-up! This book should be read by every Trump supporter as well as registered voters! This country can't afford to have this man in office another term. This man was groomed to do exactly what he wants, when he wants without any responsibility for his actions. As seen he stomps anyone who gets in his way or doesn't buy into his bazaar plans. The country shouldn't ... This book is a must read! Thank you Mary for the strength to write such a wonderful book - it is hard to put down. I can well understand the presidents need to block this book, even though he won't read it most likely but for everyone to put the pieces together and see him for what he is - a loser!

Disfunctional Family
This is a good read. Interesting. More about author's father than Donald Trump but provides context. Proves few homes are as "normal" as we imagine.

Excellent book for everyone.
Great book!!! The author (Trump's niece) explains why Donald Trump thinks and acts as he does. He acts and thinks the way he does because of his family issues growing up as a child and in to an adult. The explanation of this situation gave me insight into understanding this man. I think this book would give invaluable information to both Democrats and Republicans.

Not impressed
Disappointing book. Very few new insights. Author blames DJT's father for everything, especially her own father's alcoholism. Author's interaction with Trump family was really quite limited. She appears to have a chip on her shoulder.

IMHO, we need to understand 45's emotions & thought processes, and Mary Trump explains their origins. I was expecting her writing to be better b/c she has at least one degree in literature. Also, there's some repetition, and if you've heard her interviewed a few times, you may already know much of what's contained in her book. Still, I'm glad I purchased it, read it, and will pass it on to family and friends. I gave it 3 stars b/c it wasn't better than I'd expected, but it's worth reading, definitely.IMHO, we need to understand 45's emotions & thought processes, and Mary Trump explains their origins.
