Not sure what happened but I tried everything and it wouldn't respond to touch at all. Seller responded quickly and sent me a replacement which worked without issues. Learned that I can just put the water seal down first because there are 3 layers and the last comes off in pieces. Better not to remove cables any more than needed.

Just a quick note for the 13 mini screen, the bezels are slightly larger than the OLED since it's aftermarket glass making some parts of the screen blocked. Not a big deal, but I couldn't unsee it.
