The window is pictured as clear but it is more like a screen and not so clear, but this is not an issue at all, at least for me. The bills just fit and is tight to get in and out but I sure this will only get easier as it wears in. Looks good and fits in my pocket like it should. The snaps that keep it closed are awesome, I will not have anything to worry about wile ridding the bike. 5 star seller.

Seller denied delivered package was from his location and issue was investigated further at USPS and by seller. There has been much seller and my involvement and communication attempting to resolve issue on multiple levels. Both seller and myself resolved issue amicably and reached an acceptable and fair resolution for both parties. I would purchase and recommend seller in future based this resolved issue
