The damage was from the original source. The seller immediately addressed the issue and got a replacement board to us within a week. And took care of everything with the return. Excellent service and support. Great job especially with the holidays. This is a great set and very beautiful.

Comes boxed nicely and ultra secured in a block of Styrofoam inside of its main nice packaging. Shipping was fast and came sooner than expected. I recommend this product and this seller.

The shipping was prompt, but I was surprised to see the package with no wrapping of any sort. It arrived in the original box with the shipping label on the front. As a result, the box was torn and a little beat up. Given it was advertised as new, the condition of the box, probably because of the way it was shipped, does not support that claim.
