Those actions made all the difference and I would buy from her again. Outstanding service! Package was delivered on time in excellent condition. The skort fit but there is a pucker on the left side of the skort and it looks strange. I am unlikely to wear it. My only issue is I wish the seller would have disclosed that. Otherwise, all was delivered as promised.

A shipping problem occurred that was not the seller’s fault. When the package appeared to be not moving and missed the delivery date, I contacted the seller, Josie, and she immediately contacted the post office to run a trace. Shortly after that it started moving and was delivered today. I couldn’t be more impressed with their customer service.
