    this seller went above and beyond!!! my original item arrived very damaged through no fault of the seller but actually due to courier not handling item with care, seller immediately resent another one and packaged it so that angry stampeding elephants couldnt cause damage even if they wanted to, it has arrived pristine and perfect, and Im over the moon as its a a gift for a wee one at end of the month, perfect experience and many thanks to the seller for all her care and help A++++++++++++++

Upon arrival, I was surprised to discover that the import tax charged at customs tax amounted to nearly 50 percent of the product’s price—an unexpected expense that I had no opportunity to prepare for. To add to my frustration, the package arrived completely soaked, compromising the integrity of both the packaging and the product inside. This level of service falls short of my expectations and does not reflect the quality you advertise.

    Love it

    What a great item. I bought this solar system for my son, when he started asking about planets. This solar system is just amazing. It was very easy to put it together. The light is not too bright, and it could be use as a night light. I read some reviews where people complained about noisy motor, but I didn't find it noisy at all.

    Lovely light for kids bedroom

    I bought this for my kids bedroom as they love anything to do with space. This is not a mains operated light but quite a dull battery operated night light which is great for when they go to sleep. Planets spin around the sun and it's very entertaining for the kids especially if they have the remote control.

    great educational toy

    nothing bad about this item its a very enjoyable toy my grandson just turned 5 and knows names of planets and a lot more besides he loved it and never comes much out his room he loves laying there watching i think it relaxes him well recommended :-)

    Impressive

    I recommend it. Just make sure to read and implement the instructions carefully. The light is not intense enough in order to replace the main lamp of the room. So I mounted it in a different spot on the ceiling.

    For the price it’s very cheap looking to say you have to drill a permanent hole in your ceiling it doesn’t appear a quality product. educational yes but could do with a book to explain the planets etc
