He/She did not give up. The issue was sorted and new bearings were on the way. I returned the mispicked bearings as my correct bearings showed up. I give the seller 100% positive because he/she has wonderful communication and they took care of the problem. The condition was good shipping took 8 days from time of order it was shipped in a usps plastic envelope and was tossed around because it was out of box when I opened package but not damaged .I would definitely buy again
