Plugged in the fuel system control module and my 08 silverado fired right up! If you are looking at these having the same crank-no start issue and you're not sure if this is the fix, here's what to do: make 2 5 inch long wire jumpers, jump the 4 long side slots, corner to corner same side, on both sides. When you put 2nd wire in you will hear the fuel pump run, if it does, get the FSCM.
